SHOP SHIPPING INFORMATION

This shop is based in the USA, however international shipping is available!

Order processing time is typically 3-5 business days for ready to order items. I do live North so trips to the Post Office are weather permitting in the winter especially! During the holiday season, (Nov. 1st - Jan 15th) order processing time is extended to 5-7 business days. Pre-Order items will typically be shipped within 5-9 weeks.  All orders are shipped from a pet friendly, non smoking home.


All packages are shipped via USPS with tracking. Stickers purchased on their own are the only items that will not come with tracking as they are shipped in a stamped envelope. Shipments typically go out once per week.

For those who require International Shipping (outside of the US) please be aware you may be responsible for import/vat taxes to claim your package

MAY 2022 ANNOUNCEMENT: Due to increasing restrictions at the borders, shipping to Germany and Australia are both temporarily suspended. Existing orders will be fulfilled but new orders will be refunded.

ANNOUNCEMENT: Due to the effects of COVID-19 on the shipping industry, all packages are at risk of possible delays anywhere from a few days to a few weeks. This is especially true for international orders, and orders outside of the continental USA. Please see the refund policy and be aware of your country's international shipping restrictions while placing orders.

Once your order has been shipped and the tracking number has been provided, please direct all shipping concerns to the shipping provider as I have no control of a package once it is out of my hands. All tracking dates are estimated by the shipping service, and I make no guarantees on arrival dates, especially around the Holiday season. Please  read our refund policy to see how shipping may effect refunds. 

Pre Order Policy: All products ordered together will be shipped together. For example, if you order one ready to ship item and one pre order item, both items will be shipped together. If you would like them shipped separately, they must be placed in separate orders. Please note that if an order is placed, and shipping guidelines change (example: border closure), your item will be held and shipped once it is again possible to do so.
